Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Sling N’ Baits has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on our website, but cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products in our size guides. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly. Sling N’ Baits is not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process.
SCREEN-PRINTED GARMENTS DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of screen printing, it is not uncommon to find tiny particles of ink, dirt, dust and debris trapped/stuck to the garments fabrics. Unfortunately, sometimes these tiny particles of dirt and ink get trapped onto the garments fabrics during the heat-curing process, when our screen printed garments are sent through a dyer to cure the ink.
Although Sling N’ Baits tries our best to make sure every garment we ship is clean as possible, we highly recommend washing your garment before the first use. This will help ensure your garment is clean of any dirt, dust or other debris, the garment may have collected during the manufacturing and production process. Screen printed garments should also be washed inside out to maximize washability and longevity of the print.
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the screen-printing process during production, some imperfections may occur from manufacturer defects. Sometimes manufacturer defects will cause tiny ink imperfections that appear on final product. These imperfections cannot be removed such as tiny ink spots, tiny transparent dots of ink and/or ink bleeding at edges of screen printed designs. Screen printing is an aged-technique of printing graphics and commonly tiny imperfections are normal occurrences during the screen-printing process.
Sling N’ Baits is not responsible for variances in size/color/construction of garments. Inks and garments can vary in appearance depending on brand and post-production care.

A Contract between the customer and Sling N’ Baits LLC for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. GARMENT DISCLAIMER
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the manufacturing process during production of garments, damage too garments and defects my occur. These associated manufacturer defects include color inconsistencies, stitching errors, loose/inconsistent stitching, holes, ripped seams, etc. During our receiving process, once we receive garments from our manufacturer, we then careful inspect and check each garment as we package final garment for retail. Although sometimes these manufacture defects go unnoticed during our receiving process, we go to great lengths to try and ensure every item that leaves our warehouse is accurate and deemed a salable item.
We do not manufacture or produce our own apparel/garments so we cannot ensure their construction. Although Sling N’ Baits tries our best to find the best quality and services available to us, inconsistencies may still occur in the manufacturing process during production. We cannot guarantee our apparel will be perfectly made without inconsistencies, imperfections or defects, but we do strive to offer our customers the best quality and affordable prices!
While we do issue quality checks of each garment, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer. Upon receiving your garment you will acknowledge and accept that everything is satisfactory and approved. The taking of the garment constitutes your acceptance of said garment. However, If you find that your garment is defected, please contact us and we get the matter resolved. All of our customers are valued customers regardless of order size.
Not Every Garment Will Be Perfect!
Unfortunately, not every garment that leaves our warehouse can be perfect. Even the largest manufacturing facilities print their garments by hand, which can lead to discrepancies between garments from time to time. Because of differences in fabrics, some prints may be slightly different in appearance. We attempt to catch as many of these issues as we can, but some are not apparent until the garment is worn. Sling N’ Baits does not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual garment. All Sling N’ Baits apparel (fabric colors) which are shown on our online store, are approximate only and may have variations. We do not accept any returns on any clothing/apparel items.
